How do they work?

We empathize with the stress of running out of toilet paper, and that's why we've introduced our convenient subscription service. With this option, you can enjoy peace of mind, knowing that you'll always have an ample supply of high-quality toilet paper delivered right to your doorstep, ensuring you never run out when you need it most.

To get started with our subscription service, just visit the product page and click on 'Subscribe.' Let us know how often you'd like us to ship your orders (rest assured, this can be easily adjusted later!). After that, simply click 'Add to cart,' and we'll take care of the rest.

To ensure you're in control of your subscription, three days before each billing cycle, we'll send you an email for confirmation. This gives you the flexibility to assess your needs and make any necessary adjustments. Whether you want to modify your subscription, add more products, or manage your delivery schedule, it's all easily done through your online account. Payments

I've been charged twice?

When you make a purchase with us, rest assured that our secure payment platform prioritizes the safety and protection of your transaction. Stripe, our payment processor, follows a standard procedure to ensure a smooth payment process. Before approving or declining a transaction, Stripe initiates an authorization request on your card to verify the availability of sufficient funds. In simpler terms, this means that Stripe checks your card's balance before completing the transaction. Sometimes, this pending charge may briefly appear on your bank statement and is typically released within minutes or hours. However, in some cases, it might remain pending for up to seven days.

In our experience, customers may see two charges on their card for the same order when the first charge represents an authorization request for a payment attempt that failed, while the second charge reflects the successful payment. If one of the charges is labeled as pending or on-hold, there's no need for concern. Just be patient, and the pending charge will eventually be released back into your account.

However, if seven days have passed, and the charge has not been released, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you promptly and ensure the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Your peace of mind is our priority.

It's important to note that we do not actively publish coupons or discount codes on aggregator platforms. Consequently, we cannot guarantee or verify the validity, value, or expiry dates of codes found on such platforms.

If you encounter an error while entering a discount code but believe you meet the eligibility criteria, please don't hesitate to contact us. Provide us with the discount code, the source from where you obtained it, and details of the specific error message you encountered. We will promptly investigate the issue and assist you accordingly. E-Gift Cards

Buying E-Gift Cards

When you purchase our e-gift cards, we offer you the flexibility to send them in various ways that suit your preferences. You can choose to send the e-gift card via email, instant message on a specific date, or print it out for a physical gift. Each e-gift card comes with a unique code and clear instructions for redemption during the checkout process, and we want to highlight that there are no additional processing fees involved.

If you plan to buy multiple gift cards in a single transaction, we kindly request that you add each card individually to your cart instead of all at once. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free checkout process for all your gift cards, making the gifting experience as seamless as possible for both you and the lucky recipients. Using E-Gift Cards

In addition to using your gift card for standard purchases, we're pleased to offer you the option to apply it to subscription items during your initial order. The process is straightforward: just check the "apply a gift card" box on the payment page during checkout and enter your gift card code in the designated field.

For future purchases related to your subscription, we highly recommend creating an account and saving a credit card on file. This step ensures that your transactions for subscription items are seamless and hassle-free.
