We work with third party logistics companies to deliver your rolls, so we would need to check on your behalf. If your order is taking too long, let us know!


Can I request for a delivery window or a call before delivery?

We understand that sometimes there's a need for expedited delivery, but regrettably, we cannot expedite orders beyond the usual routes followed by our courier service.

However, we have some good news to share! All our orders are dispatched with an 'Authority to Leave' option. If, by chance, you're not available when the delivery arrives, our couriers will leave the parcel at your address, provided they assess it as safe to do so. This approach ensures that you don't have to wait around for the delivery or worry about being home during a specific delivery window. It's a convenient and reassuring option that offers added flexibility and peace of mind for our valued customers.


Missing or Unsuccessful deliveries

If you encounter any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will promptly address the situation and offer either a refund or a resend of your order, ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services.
