Question Is there a way I can try your products before I buy them? Are your products OBA free? What is the meaning of FSC Certified? Where are your products manufactured? Will there be more product options soon?

Yes, we do not use any brightening agents for your products In short, a product can be certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), which means it meets the "gold standard" ethical production. The wood is harvested from forests that are responsibly managed, socially beneficial, environmentally conscious, and economically viable. Our products are sourced and developed in US, Indonesia & China. As a startup, we are contantly researching and developing more innovative and better products for our customers. Delivery 

Question Where do you deliver to? When will I receive my order? How is the delivery process like? What if there is nobody at home? I did not receive my order / My order is missing! What are your delivery timings? Can I request for specific delivery timeslots? What the minimum order for Free Delivery?
Answer We deliver to all business and residential addresses in Singapore. You will receive your goods 3 working days from your order date. You will receive your goods by 3 working days from your order date. Our delivery guys will deliver your order via contactless delivery. On delivery day, you will receive a message via the number you have provided. Upon arrival, they will ring the doorbell once and will leave your bundles neatly outside your door. After a successful delivery, you will receive another message with a photo attached.

Please be respectful to our delivery squads, they work hard to make sure you never run out of household paper.
Fret not, we send every order with an authority to leave, so you don't have to be home to receive your products. Nominate a safe/dry drop spot at your front door. Otherwise, our friendly delivery squad will leave it securely at the door. No Worries. Contact us immediately at 8171 3628 / contact@wype.sg and we will sort it out for you. We always put customers first. We deliver between 7am to 9pm. Sure you can, leave a note upon checkout and our delivery squad will try their best to accommodate to it. Payments & Privacy

 

Question How often will I be charged? How can I update my billing information? How can I use a coupon code? Is my credit card information protected?
Answer For One-Time purchases, your credit card will be charged once you place an order. For Subscription purchases, your card will be charged by a recurring basis on the same date depending on the frequency selected. Drop us an email or text, our friendly staff will send you a unique link to change your billing details. If you have a valid coupon code during a promotional period, key it in before checking out. There will be a text input available. Contact us if you cant find it. We have partnered with a reliable payment gateway, and all our transactions are processed by through their secure online payment portal. Our staff do not have access to the credit card details of our customers as these are retained and secured by our integral partner.

We ask that you get in touch within 30 days of your purchase if you aren't loving your new subscription plan.
