A: Fret not, we send every order with an authority to leave, so you don't have to be home to receive your products. Nominate a safe/dry drop spot at your front door. Otherwise, our friendly delivery squad will leave it securely at the door.
Q: When will my products be delivered?
A: You will receive your goods 3 working days from your order date.

To keep yourself and our delivery guys safe, we have adopted to do contactless delivery.
Our delivery guys will drop a text to your number provided on delivery day. They will ring the doorbell once and will leave your bundles neatly outside your door.
In the case your delivery arrives from 9 PM - 9 AM, our delivery squad will not ring your doorbell. They will leave it outside the door and drop you a text message instead.
Please be respectful to our delivery squads, they work hard to make sure you never run out of toilet paper.
Q: I did not receive my order / My bundles are stolen!
